Died, of pneumonia, in Whitehall Convalescent Center, Pittsfield Township, Washtenaw County, Mich., January 5, 1974 (age 89 years, 292 days). Interment at St. Thomas Catholic Cemetery, Ann Arbor, Mich.

Note: municipalities or communities "qualify", for Political Graveyard purposes, if they have at least half a million person-years of history, inclusive of predecessor, successor, and merged entities.
