Cannery foreman; postmaster at Dover, Del., 1903-11; member of Delaware state house of representatives from Kent County 5th District, 1923-24. Died in Dover, Kent County, Del., July 22, 1937 (age 77 years, 288 days). Interment at Lakeside Cemetery, Dover, Del.
