Frederick Hannibal Crowe (1888-1981) — also known as Frederick Crowe — of Frostburg, Allegany County, Md. Born in Eckhart Mines, Allegany County, Md., August 10, 1888. Coal miner; mayor of Frostburg, Md., 1928-32. Died in Frostburg, Allegany County, Md., January 3, 1981 (age 92 years, 146 days). Burial location unknown.

		Relatives: Son of Isaac Frederick Crowe and Mary Ann (Pengelly) Crowe; married, June 22, 1910, to Edith Crump; third cousin of Samuel Gunnett Neff.

Samuel Gunnett Neff (1913-1995) — also known as Samuel G. Neff — of Ellwood City, Lawrence County, Pa. Born in Frostburg, Allegany County, Md., September 23, 1913. Democrat. Candidate for U.S. Representative from Pennsylvania 25th District, 1944, 1946; member of Pennsylvania state senate 47th District, 1949-52; defeated, 1952; delegate to Democratic National Convention from Pennsylvania, 1952, 1956; candidate for Pennsylvania state auditor general, 1964; candidate for Governor of Pennsylvania, 1970. Died in Charlotte County, Fla., March 23, 1995 (age 81 years, 181 days). Burial location unknown.

		Relatives: Son of Samuel Madison Gunnett and Bernadette (Crowe) Gunnett; first cousin once removed of Olen Gunnett; third cousin of Frederick Hannibal Crowe.
