Chester Donaldson Chester Huntington Donaldson (1862-1952) — also known as Chester Donaldson — of New York, New York County, N.Y.; Manhattan, New York County, N.Y.; Yonkers, Westchester County, N.Y. Born in Ovid, Seneca County, N.Y., March 28, 1862. School teacher and principal; engineer; U.S. Consul in Managua, 1898-1905; Port Limon, 1905-17; Sherbrooke, 1917-18; real estate broker. Member, Royal Arcanum; American Society for International Law. Died in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, Calif., November 28, 1952 (age 90 years, 245 days). Interment at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Somers, N.Y.
  Relatives: Son of John Chester Donaldson (1827-1905) and Mary McCord (Smith) Donaldson (1834-1890); married, December 23, 1886, to Edith Levy Maduro (1866-1938).

Otto G. Foelker Otto Godfrey Foelker (1875-1943) — also known as Otto G. Foelker — of Brooklyn, Kings County, N.Y. Born in Mainz, Germany, December 29, 1875. Republican. Baker; member of New York state assembly from Kings County 5th District, 1905-06; member of New York state senate 4th District, 1907-08; U.S. Representative from New York 3rd District, 1908-11. German ancestry. Member, Royal Arcanum. Died in Oakland, Alameda County, Calif., January 18, 1943 (age 67 years, 20 days). Interment at Evergreen Cemetery, Oakland, Calif.
