Social worker; founder (1966) and head (1966-87) of Detroit Public Schools Continuing Education for Girls; delegate to Republican National Convention from Michigan, 1972 (alternate), 1976; Presidential Elector for Michigan, 1976; member of Michigan Republican State Central Committee, 1975-80, 1983-2006. Female. African ancestry. Member, Phi Delta Kappa; Alpha Kappa Alpha. Died January 28, 2006 (age 86 years, 314 days).
