Francis Philo Phelps (1799-1886) — also known as Francis P. Phelps — of Dorchester County, Md. Born in Milford, Sussex County, Del., January 31, 1799. Physician; member of Maryland state house of delegates from Dorchester County, 1828, 1839, 1842-43, 1861-62, 1867-68; member of Maryland state senate from Dorchester County, 1844-47, 1849, 1874-76; delegate to Maryland state constitutional convention, 1850. Died in Cambridge, Dorchester County, Md., November 18, 1886 (age 87 years, 291 days). Interment at Cambridge Cemetery, Cambridge, Md.

		Relatives: Son of Asahel Phelps and Agnes (Houston) Phelps; married, December 25, 1821, to Mary Jacobs; married, November 15, 1824, to Hannah W. White (daughter of David Hall); father of Anna Phelps (who married James Wallace) and Francis Philo Phelps (1830-1904).

James Wallace (b. 1818) — of Dorchester County, Md. Born in 1818. Member of Maryland state house of delegates from Dorchester County, 1854; member of Maryland state senate from Dorchester County, 1856-58; colonel in the Union Army during the Civil War; delegate to Maryland state constitutional convention, 1867. Burial location unknown.

Francis Philo Phelps (1830-1904) — also known as Francis P. Phelps; Frank Phelps — of Dorchester County, Md. Born August 12, 1830. Physician; member of Maryland state house of delegates from Dorchester County, 1894. Died September 17, 1904 (age 74 years, 36 days). Interment at Christ Episcopal Church Cemetery, Cambridge, Md.
