President, Pressure Lighting Company; mayor of New Britain, Conn., 1906-10; member of Connecticut state senate 6th District, 1913-14; alternate delegate to Democratic National Convention from Connecticut, 1916 (Honorary Vice-President). Died in New York, January 25, 1927 (age 56 years, 251 days). Interment at Fairview Cemetery, New Britain, Conn.
