Lawyer; member of Michigan state house of representatives from Bay County 1st District, 1933-36; member of Michigan state senate 24th District, 1937-38. Irish ancestry. Died in Detroit, Wayne County, Mich., December 15, 1988 (age 79 years, 238 days). Burial location unknown.
