Part owner of the Silver King mine; delegate to Republican National Convention from Utah, 1896 (member, Committee on Rules and Order of Business); U.S. Senator from Utah, 1901-05. Died October 18, 1918 (age 56 years, 190 days). Interment at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Salt Lake City, Utah.

Republican. Alternate delegate to Republican National Convention from Utah, 1932. Female. Died in 1982 (age about 84 years). Interment at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Salt Lake City, Utah.
