Seymour Howe Person (1879-1957) — also known as Seymour H. Person — of Lansing, Ingham County, Mich. Born in Howell Township, Livingston County, Mich., February 2, 1879. Republican. Lawyer; law partner of Patrick H. Kelley; member of Michigan state house of representatives from Ingham County 1st District, 1915-20; member of Michigan state senate 27th District, 1927-30; U.S. Representative from Michigan 6th District, 1931-33; defeated, 1932, 1942. Died in Lansing, Ingham County, Mich., April 7, 1957 (age 78 years, 64 days). Interment at Deepdale Memorial Park, Delta Township, Eaton County, Mich.
