Lawyer; member of Kentucky state house of representatives 98th District, 1942-43; served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. Baptist. Member, Lions. Died in June, 1999 (age 82 years, 0 days). Interment at Resthaven Cemetery, Harlan, Ky.

		Relatives: Son of Hiram M. Brock, Sr. and Ona Mae (Lewis) Brock; brother of James C. Brock (1928?-1977); married 1939 to Eula Mae Nunnery.

James C. Brock (d. 1977) — of Harlan, Harlan County, Ky. Republican. Member of Kentucky state senate 21st District, 1968-71. Died June 12, 1977. Interment at Resthaven Cemetery, Harlan, Ky.
