Dairy farmer; member of Delaware state house of representatives from New Castle County 15th District, 1961-64. Presbyterian. Member, Grange. Died in Delaware, January 22, 2005 (age 76 years, 68 days). Interment at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Smyrna, Del.
  Relatives: Son of Carlton Lee Blendt (1906-1984) and Margaret M. (Harris) Blendt (1911-1975); married, September 26, 1948, to Betty Regener; nephew of George Michael Blendt (1895-1972) and Ernest Victor Blendt.
