Interment at Greenwood Cemetery, Belmont, N.C.
  Relatives: Son of John William Armstrong and Emma Irene (Hunter) Armstrong (1874-1945); married 1917 to Pearl Moretz (1894-1980); first cousin once removed of Justus Earl Armstrong (1897-1975).

Interment at Greenwood Cemetery, Belmont, N.C.
  Relatives: Son of Mary Lee (Neagle) Armstrong (1863-1939) and Justus Armstrong (1866-1957); married, September 21, 1919, to Lena Gertrude McKnight (1897-1979); first cousin of John William Armstrong; first cousin once removed of James Matthew Armstrong (1893-1965).
