Walter A. Marden (1867-1958) — of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wis. Born in Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wis., June 21, 1867. Served in the U.S. Army during the Spanish-American War; served in the U.S. Army during World War I; candidate in primary for mayor of Oshkosh, Wis., 1930. Member, United Spanish War Veterans. Died in Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wis., April 9, 1958 (age 90 years, 292 days). Interment at Riverside Cemetery, Oshkosh, Wis.

		Relatives: Son of Nathan Marden (1834-1895) and Sarah Jane (Seavey) Marden (1840-1900); brother of Peter Lyman Marden; married, January 14, 1902, to Sarah Elizabeth (Doughty) Hasbrouck (1869-1956); uncle of Nathan Langley Marden (1896-1957).

Nathan Langley Marden (1896-1957) — also known as Nathan L. Marden — of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wis. Born in Chichester, Merrimack County, N.H., February 9, 1896. Served in the U.S. Army during World War I; insurance agent; candidate for mayor of Oshkosh, Wis., 1951. Episcopalian. Member, American Legion; Veterans of Foreign Wars. Died May 10, 1957 (age 61 years, 90 days). Cremated.

		Relatives: Son of Peter Lyman Marden and Elizabeth (Langley) Marden (1866-1940); married, October 31, 1923, to Zua Dane; nephew of Walter A. Marden (1867-1958).
