Lawyer; served in the U.S. Army during World War II; member of Missouri state house of representatives from Perry County, 1946-50; member of Missouri state senate 22nd District, 1951-54; candidate for Presidential Elector for Missouri, 1964; candidate for circuit judge in Missouri 24th Circuit, 1964. Member, Phi Delta Phi; Sigma Chi. Died in Perryville, Perry County, Mo., April 29, 2008 (age 93 years, 211 days). Interment at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Perryville, Mo.
  Relatives: Brother of George A. Rozier (1894?-?); married, April 1, 1945, to Patricia E. West (1924-1996).
