  Ward Wilbur Keesecker (1898-1975) — also known as Ward W. Keesecker — of Berkeley Springs, Morgan County, W.Va. Born in Berkeley County, W.Va., November 30, 1898. Republican. Candidate for U.S. Representative from West Virginia 2nd District, 1958; member of West Virginia state house of delegates 1st District, 1969-70; defeated, 1964, 1970. Member, Freemasons. Died in Berkeley Springs, Morgan County, W.Va., January 24, 1975 (age 76 years, 55 days). Interment at Providence Church Cemetery, Hedgesville, W.Va.
  Relatives: Son of Philip Thomas Keesecker (1862-1955) and Hannah Emma (Stuckey) Keesecker (1863-1900); married 1922 to Mary Eleanor Mish (1898-1958); married 1960 to Emily Frances (Mish) Mosteller (1903-1993); second cousin once removed of Charles Lee Stuckey (1852-1944); third cousin of Carlton B. Stuckey.

Automobile repair business; mayor of Martinsburg, W.Va., 1950-54, 1962-63. Died in Martinsburg, Berkeley County, W.Va., July 13, 1973 (age 70 years, 33 days). Burial location unknown.
  Relatives: Son of Charles Newton 'Charley' Stuckey (1868-1954) and Lucy Thompson (Siler) Stuckey (1872-1965); married, August 8, 1927, to Virginia Marie Dehaven (1906-1994); second cousin once removed of Charles Lee Stuckey; third cousin of Ward Wilbur Keesecker (1898-1975).
