  Thomas Thurman Bambrick (1876-1940) — also known as Thomas T. Bambrick — of Hollidays Cove (now part of Weirton), Brooke County, W.Va. Born in New Cumberland, Hancock County, W.Va., January 9, 1876. Democrat. Automobile dealer; postmaster at Hollidays Cove, W.Va., 1933-38. Died in Hancock County, W.Va., March 30, 1940 (age 64 years, 81 days). Interment at New Cumberland Cemetery, New Cumberland, W.Va.
  Relatives: Son of Lewis Stenrod Bambrick (1841-1923) and Sarah Margaret (Baxter) Bambrick (1845-1910); brother of George Loran Bambrick and Walter Stenrod Bambrick (1888-1956); married, November 23, 1912, to Julie Sarah Plattenburg (1886-1956).

Postmaster at Weirton, W.Va., 1916-23, 1947-56 (acting, 1947-49). Died, from a myocardial infarct, in Weirton General Hospital, Weirton, Hancock County, W.Va., June 16, 1956 (age 67 years, 271 days). Interment at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Weirton, W.Va.
