Loren Pinckney Waldo (1802-1881) — also known as Loren P. Waldo — of Tolland, Tolland County, Conn. Born in Canterbury, Windham County, Conn., February 2, 1802. Father-in-law of Alvan Pinney Hyde; grandfather of Frank Eldridge Hyde and William Waldo Hyde. Democrat. Lawyer; member of Connecticut state house of representatives from Tolland, 1832-34, 1839, 1847-48; probate judge in Connecticut, 1842-43; U.S. Representative from Connecticut 1st District, 1849-51; superior court judge in Connecticut, 1856-63. Died in Hartford, Hartford County, Conn., September 8, 1881. Interment at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hartford, Conn.

Alvan Pinney Hyde (1825-1894) — also known as Alvan P. Hyde — Born in Tolland, Tolland County, Conn., March 10, 1825. Son-in-law of Loren Pinckney Waldo; father of Frank Eldridge Hyde and William Waldo Hyde. Democrat. Lawyer; law partner of Gov. Richard D. Hubbard; delegate to Democratic National Convention from Connecticut, 1892. Died in Hartford, Hartford County, Conn., February 5, 1894. Burial location unknown.
Frank Eldridge Hyde — also known as Frank E. Hyde — of Hartford, Hartford County, Conn. Grandson of Loren Pinckney Waldo; son of Alvan Pinney Hyde; brother of William Waldo Hyde. Democrat. Lawyer; member of Connecticut state house of representatives, 1890; U.S. Consul in Lyon, 1893-97. Burial location unknown.
William Waldo Hyde — of Hartford, Hartford County, Conn. Grandson of Loren Pinckney Waldo; son of Alvan Pinney Hyde; brother of Frank Eldridge Hyde. Democrat. Lawyer; mayor of Hartford, Conn., 1892-94; defeated, 1900. Burial location unknown.
