Married to Mary Lou Corey (sister-in-law of Mario J. Palumbo; aunt of Corey Palumbo). Radio and television personality; sports announcer; member of West Virginia state house of delegates from Kanawha County, 1991-97; died in office 1997. Episcopalian. Lebanese ancestry. Member, Lions. Found dead in a hotel room probably from cardiac arrythmia, in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pa., August 10, 1997. Interment at Sunset Memorial Park, South Charleston, W.Va.
Mario J. Palumbo (b. 1933) — of Charleston, Kanawha County, W.Va. Born in New York City (unknown county), N.Y., April 13, 1933. Son of Jack Palumbo and Nancy (Alfonso) Palumbo; married to Louise Corey (sister-in-law of Joseph Harvey Farris); father of Corey Palumbo. Democrat. Lawyer; member of West Virginia state senate 8th District, 1969-88; elected West Virginia state attorney general 1990. Catholic. Still living as of 1990.
Corey Palumbo — Son of Mario J. Palumbo and Louise (Corey) Palumbo; nephew of Mary Lou Corey (who married Joseph Harvey Farris). Member of West Virginia state house of delegates; elected 2002. Still living as of 2002.
