John White (1802-1845) — of Kentucky. Born in Kentucky, 1802. Cousin of Addison White; uncle of John Daugherty White. Member of Kentucky state legislature; U.S. Representative from Kentucky, 1835-45 (9th District 1835-43, 6th District 1843-45); Speaker of the U.S. House, 1841-43. Died in 1845. Interment at Frankfort Cemetery, Frankfort, Ky.

Addison White (1824-1909) — of Kentucky. Born in Abingdon, Washington County, Va., May 1, 1824. Cousin of John White. U.S. Representative from Kentucky 6th District, 1851-53; served in the Confederate Army during the Civil War. Died in Huntsville, Madison County, Ala., February 4, 1909. Interment at Maple Hill Cemetery, Huntsville, Ala.

John Daugherty White (1849-1920) — also known as John D. White — of Manchester, Clay County, Ky. Born in Kentucky, 1849. Nephew of John White. U.S. Representative from Kentucky, 1875-77, 1881-85 (9th District 1875-77, 1881-83, 10th District 1883-85); defeated, 1896 (Independent), 1898 (Independent Republican), 1903 (Independent); member of Kentucky state house of representatives, 1879-80; delegate to Republican National Convention from Kentucky, 1880. Died in 1920. Interment at a private or family graveyard, Clay County, Ky.
